At the 12th Turkey Wind Energy Congress held in Istanbul on November 7-8 with approximately 4,000 participants at its opening, the largest stakeholders of wind energy from Turkey and abroad came together. At the congress, which stood out with the theme of "Century of Wind" on the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the future of wind energy was discussed.

Polat Energy, one of Turkey's largest players in the field of wind energy, also participated in the congress. Adnan Polat, Chairman of Polat Holding, who was presented with the success award by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, said: "We have been working on renewable energy in Turkey for almost a quarter of a century. Our main motivation for entering this business was that fossil fuels pollute the air, land and water. As Polat Energy, we wanted to do our part to leave a clean world for future generations. Our second main motivation is the fight against external dependence. We are working for a self-sufficient Turkey in energy as well. Thank you very much for this meaningful award."
